A process that works for you
Allied’s successful interviewing and placement process emphasizes knowing our therapists as people and professionals. We’ve honed our strategy during our 25 years in the staffing business, bringing a fresh approach that is unique among national firms.
Being local has helped us develop strong relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, outpatient programs and schools in the Chicago area, northern Indiana and southern Wisconsin. Our clients trust us to provide talented and dedicated clinicians.
Here’s how it works:
- Preliminary interview. We conduct in-depth interviews with every therapist we hire in person, over the phone or by Skype. We review your resume in detail to understand not only your strengths and weaknesses, but also your work environment preferences and career goals. We want to know as much as possible to find the right position for you.
- Job matching. Do you have special scheduling requirements? A desired location? A particular specialty? Work productivity standards? Once we know exactly what you’re looking for, we match you with a position that fits your needs.
- Placement. Once we’ve placed you, our job is far from over. After your first or second day on the job, we contact you and the client to ensure that both parties are pleased. If any issues arise, we intervene and advocate on your behalf.
- Planning for the future. Once you become an Allied therapist, we continually perform skill marketing to locate new positions that fit your skills and desired hours. We also prepare for your next placement before the end of each contract so you can make seamless transitions and maintain a steady work load.
