adults for short term rehabilitation and long term care

Southwest suburban skilled nursing facility needs a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy coverage for 8 hours on 2/24/12 and either 2/22/12 or 2/23/12.  Responsibilties include providing evaluation and treatment to patients with Dysphagia, Dysarthria, Aphasia, and Cognitive deficits.  Prior experience in a SNF is required.

Valid Illinois Speech Language Pathology license required, CPR required, References required, Adherence to all Speech Language Pathology rules and regulations set forth by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations required.
