Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) needed to provide home health Speech Language Patholog yservices to patients on Chicago's southside.  The SLP will be responsible for evaluating and treating each patient to increase their swallowing safety, cognitive function, and language skills so they can remain safe in their home environment.  This position is available immediately,

Illinois Speech Language Pathology license required, CPR required, References required, Adherence to all Speech Language Pathology rules and regulations set forth by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations required.
