Skilled nursing facility in the near north suburbs needs either a Physical Therapist (PT) or a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide Physical Therapy services to patients on Saturdays from now until 2/25/12.  The primary focus of the caseload is patients for short term rehabilitation following joint replacement/repair/revision, s/p CVA, s/p valve replacement/CABG, or s/p laminectomy/vertebroplasty.  Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is required.

Valid Illinois Physical Therapy license required, CPR required, References required, Adherence to all Physical Therapy rules and regulations set forth by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations required.
