adults for short term rehabilitation and long term care

Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) needed to provide weekend coverage to busy near north suburban skilled nursing facility from 1/14-2/25.  The majority of the caseload includes patients for short term rehabilitation, but some treatment with long term care residents may be required.  The PT and PTA will be responsible for gait training, balance training, and transfer training to increase functional mobility.  Previous SNF experience is required.

Valid Illinois license for Physical Therapy/Physical Therapy Assistant required, CPR required, References required, Adherence to all Physical Therapy rules and regulations set forth by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations required.
