Weekend Physical Therapist (PT) is needed to provide Physical Therapy services to patients on the inpatient acute care and rehabilitation units for a southwest suburban hospital.  PT is needed on March 31st as well as April 1st, 14th, 15th, 21st, 22nd, 28th, and 29th.  Previous experience in this setting is required.

Valid Illinois Physical Therapy license required, CPR required, References required, Adherence to all Physical Therapy rules and regulations set forth by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations required.
