Far north suburban outpatient clinic is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to work full-time.  This clinic is located on a hospital satellite campus.  This PT will be responsible for providing evaluations and treatment to patients with orthopedic and sports medicine injuries.  Some patients may present with symptoms s/p CVA.  The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of previous experience in an outpatient or sports medicine clinic.

Valid Illinois Physical Therapy license required, CPR required, References required, Adherence to all Physical Therapy rules and regulations set forth by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations required.
