Southwest suburban pediatric clinic needs both a Physical Therapist (PT) and Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide Physical Therapy services to children between the ages of 0-19.  This PT and PTA must be comfortable with providing services in the clinic and in the home.  Transportation is a must!  The ideal candidate must have between 1-3 years of experience with this popuation, be self-motivated, be flexible, and be professional.  New graduates with strong clinic experiences will be considered.  EI certification is not required, but would be a plus!

Valid Physical Therapy license required, CPR required, References required, Adherence to all Physical Therapy rules and regulations set forth by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations required.
