Full-time, Monday-Friday from 1/16/12-3/30/12, 6 or 7 am start time

patients on the inpatient acute care unit

Southwest suburban hospital needs either a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide Occupational Therapy services on the inpatient acute care unit.  This position is available immediately and goes until 3/30/12.  Previous experience of at least 1 year is required for this position.  The ideal OT/COTA candidate will be able to start work daily at 6 or 7 a.m.

Valid Illinois Occupational Therapy license required, CPR required, References required, Adherence to all Occupational Therapy rules and regulations set forth by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations required.
