OTR/COTA needed on 3/16 and 4/2-4/6

adults for short term rehabilitation and long term care

Busy near north suburban skilled nursing facility needs an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide coverage on 3/16 and 4/2-4/6.   Focus of caseload is primarily patients for short term rehabilitation that are post joint replacement/repair/revision, s/p laminectomy/vertebroplasty, s/p CABG or valve replacement, or s/p CVA.  Prior OT/COTA experience in a SNF is required.

Valid Illinois license for Occupational Therapy/Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant required, CPR required, References required, Adherence to all Occupational Therapy rules and regulations set forth by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations required.
