Skilled nursing facility in southwest suburbs needs ongoing Occupational Therapy (OT) help on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  The OT will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients to address functional transfers, activities of daily living, strengthening, range of motion, safety, and energy conservation.  Previous experience in a SNF is preferred, but new graduates will be considered for this position.  This opportunity is available immediately.  The position is part-time, but can be full-time if OT is willing to provide services at a different location on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Valid Illinois Occupational Therapy license required, CPR required, References required, Adherence to all Occupational Therapy rules and regulations set forth by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations required.
