Hospital Setting in Northwest Indiana is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant from now until the end of 2011.  The COTA will be expected to provide treatment to patients in an acute care setting.  An Occupational Therapist is on site for evaluations.

Indiana Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License required, CPR required, References required.
