Two Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) are needed to provide Occupational Therapy treatment in a skilled nursing facility setting.  One position is in the north suburbs and the second position is in the near north suburbs.  SNF experience is preferred, but new graduates with SNF clinical experience will be considered.  Both positions begin immediately and are 3-5 days per week.

Valid Illinois Occupational Therapy Assistant license required, CPR required, References required, Adherence to all Occupational Therapy rules and regulations set forth by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations required.
